Layered with Organic Bananas
Topped with 70% Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 1/4c Almond Flour
1/2c Cassava Flour
4 Scoops Collagen Powder
2 Eggs
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
3 Pinches of Pink Himalayan Salt
15ml Maple Syrup
5ml Inulin Powder (optional, just extra fiber)
1/2tsp Sri Lankan Cinnamon
1/2c Cashew Nut Milk.
15ml MCT Oil
Mix all ingredients together till well combined, then scoop equal amounts into a hot skillet oiled with coconut or avocado oil, cook covered for center to cook through, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
